Login to the Tealea app with your correct credentials.
Head over to your profile tab by selecting the profile icon on the bottom of the navigation bar,

Tap the settings gear icon on the top right of the navigation bar.

Tap Account.

Scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Account.

Once complete, all of your data and login credentials will be deleted.
